Two weeks ago, before the start of our daughter’s first class school year, my husband and I were in search of a tankless or demand-type water heater for our bathroom use. We know for a fact that it will be very hard for us to wake up each morning and heat/boil water from time-to-time, most especially that our daughter’s class is scheduled around 8:00 A.M in the morning. Technically, we have to be awake by 6:00 A.M. and prepare for my daughter’s class and my husband’s office work. I searched online for sites selling this kind of product to know, figure-out and distinguish the advantage and disadvantage of one over the other brand. And, of course, to check and compare the prices of the products. There I was able to find some PexUniverse discounts.

Speaking of discounts, I know homemakers like me are more concerned on getting a high quality product suited to their needs at a discounted price. But, let us face the fact that sometimes it is really hard to match exactly what you need to the limited budget that you have. That’s why companies offering and selling good quality products at an affordable price are life-savers to those who are on stiff budget.

Since we don’t have a spacious bathroom, the first thing I consider is its size. It has to suit the limited space available and not occupy a huge part of our bathroom wall. Second, its working capacity. It has to live up to its main purpose. Third, energy efficiency. Before purchasing, it is relatively important to check the amount of energy that will be used to run the water heater so as to find out if you will be using an economical product that will not consume too much electricity thus, resulting to a higher electric bill. Last factor that I consider is its cost. The price really matters plus I also estimate its annual operating costs and compare it to other energy-efficient models.
