Maleficent Costume For Kids

Hello lovelies! I am featuring today a kiddie costume apt for this season. I know most of you are searching for halloween or trick-or-treat costume for kids online. Here’s one that my daughter worn for her guesting at Sta. Lucia Mall’s Day of the Villains Grand Trick-or-Treat event last October 25. I think I haven’t shared here that Keisha won first runner-up last May for Sta. Lucia Mall’s search for Little Stars 2014. As part of her reign, she was asked to attend and be part of the mall’s activities for the whole year. So, without further ado, let me present to you my little Maleficent….

According to Wikipedia, Maleficent is Disney’s most iconic villain from the 1959 classic “Sleeping Beauty.” A beautiful, pure-hearted young woman with stunning black wings, Maleficent has an idyllic life growing up in a peaceable forest kingdom, until one day when an invading army of humans threatens the harmony of the land. Maleficent rises to be the land’s fiercest protector, but she ultimately suffers a ruthless betrayal – an act that begins to turn her pure heart to stone. Bent on revenge, Maleficent faces an epic battle with the king of the humans and, as a result, places a curse upon his newborn infant Aurora. As the child grows, Maleficent realizes that Aurora holds the key to peace in the kingdom – and to Maleficent’s true happiness as well.

After her monologue on-stage as Maleficent, she performed her favorite Katy Perry single, California Girls and removed her detachable skirt.
