Now that summer has officially started, it is important to know the basic things that should be inside our baby bags when we travel with our babies, toddlers and kids.
Here are some of the items that you shouldn’t miss to pack:
Sunscreen Protection
Choose a kid-friendly sunscreen and sunblock that has an SPF of at least 15 to 30 and provides broad-spectrum of UVA and UVB protection. It is also important that it is water-resistant since kids sweat a lot when they play. To those with sensitive skin, you may choose sunscreen products that are hypoallergenic and fragrance free. There are many brands to choose from like Aveeno, California Baby, Neutrogena, Banana Boat Baby, Coppertone, Hawaiian Tropics, etc.
Potable Water
Drinking lots of fluid is essential most especially this summer season. This is not only applicable to children but to adults as well. We should drink more than the usual 8 glasses of water a day to replenish the body fluid that we release when we sweat and to hydrate ourselves from the scorching heat of the sun. Get your BPA-free bottles and fill them up with potable water.

I'm like them, I don't like drinking water too. It's really an effort for us.
