Kids and Toddlers’ Summer Must-Haves

Beach Bag

Beach bag vary depending on what you prefer. It can be a water-proof bag or a canvass bag. It has to be a bit big but lightweight so you can put all your necessities. To be more organized, you can choose beach bags with  inside and outside pockets.

Towel/Blanket

Though it’s quite heavy to bring an absorbent towel, it is important to have it. When your kids get tired swimming in the beach or in the pool, this will keep them warm and dry.

Swimsuit

Choose a swimwear that is made of a sun protective fabric that can blocks out sun’s harmful rays. The swimsuit does not have to be just stylish but it has to be functional as well.

Sunglasses and Hat

Sunglasses are a must to protect our children’s eyes from the striking rays of the sun. Hats will also filter the amount of heat that will  pass thru our face.

Beach Slippers/Water Shoes

Bring a pair of comfortable flip-flops for your kids to protect their feet from the heat of the sand reflected by the sun. You may also opt to bring water shoes which is perfectly designed to lessen slips  and to be comfortable while walking on the sand or even swimming in the beach. This will protect your feet from minor scratches you may obtain from the stones, shells and foreign objects in the beach. Remember to pick the perfect size for you.

When you are swimming in pools, it is best to bring these as well. Some swimming pools have slippery flooring, unlike those made from poolsupplyunlimited.com , so it is really important to wear comfortable and appropriate footwear.

First Aid Bag

This is a must anywhere we go – a first aid kit to store medicines for headache, tummy ache and others; band-aid, anti-septic solutions for minor wounds and scratches.

I hope this list will be helpful to moms who are planning to travel with the family this summer season. Happy summer!

My kids does not like water very much but I make sure that they take enough liquid to hydrate them.

I'm like them, I don't like drinking water too. It's really an effort for us.
