My daughter has always been my strength and inspiration in dealing with my everyday life and overcoming the trials that I face as a mother and as a wife.
And in this moment of darkness, as how I see it, I obtain courage from my little girl who is innocent with the chaos happening around her and filled with so much joy and hope in her eyes.
I pray that the affected families may also have reasons to smile despite of this fortuitous event. Let’s all keep our faith to our Creator who has a better and more beautiful plan for all of us. May we not forget the saying that “there’s a rainbow after the storm”. We are Filipinos, we are born fighters. Let’s stay resilient!
